Safale Dried Yeast S-04
This well-known English Ale strain exhibits fast fermentation with unique sedimentation properties, helping to improve beer clarity. In the recommended temperature range of 18ºC-24ºC, the Safale S-04 will attenuate the wort down to 1008-1012 within 2 or 3 days. The ideal yeast to produce the best Ales!

Saflager Dried Yeast S-23
Want to make a genuine Lager or Pilsener beer ? Use a genuine Lager yeast ! This strain is widely used by Western European commercial breweries and will produce the best of its Lager flavours when fermented at low temperatures (10ºC-14ºC) yet producing very good beers at room temperature. A more effective Lager yeast than the Saflager S-23.

An American ale yeast producing a well balanced beer with a very clear crisp end palate. Has medium sedimentaion and a low to medium final gravity. Will work best at a tempurature range of 15-24 degrees Celcius(59-75 degrees Farenheit). Contains 11.5grams for a dosage into 20 to 30 litres of wort.
