-20g New Zealand Hallertau Cone 5.7%aau(60mins boil)
-German Hersbruck Plug 2.5%aau(1st aroma hop 20mins before end of boil)
-German Hersbruck Plug 2.5%aau(2nd aroma hop 10mins before end of boil)

Other Ingredients:
-Whirlfloc Tablet(30mins before end of boil)

Brew Information:
-Original wort gravity:1060
-Original wort volume:16litre
-Water added:4litres
-Gravity after water:1054
-Colour:Golden

Yeast
-White Labs WLP830 German Lager Yeast.

-4kg Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner Malt
-500g Joe White Light Munich Malt
-250g Weyermann Cara Pils Malt

-32g New Zealand Hallertau Cone 5.7%aau(60mins boil)
-Czech Saaz Plug 4.0%aau(1st aroma hop 20mins before end of boil)
-Czech Saaz Plug 4.0%aau(2nd aroma hop 10mins before end of boil)

-Whirlfloc Tablet(30mins before end of boil)
